REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Should you be unhappy with anything you purchase from me, you can return items within thirty days of receipt as long as they are unopened in their original packing (this includes cellophane wrapping on prints and unopened cellophane pockets on greeting cards). I am happy to exchange the item for a full refund, but unable to refund any return postage charges. Any exchange will incur an extra delivery charge where applicable.
This refund policy does not apply to any bespoke or made-to-order items, and any items purchased from me personally.
How to return an item
Please let me know the reason for the return, and include a daytime contact number and email in the event I may need to contact you about the return.
When returning an item please make sure it is securely wrapped and placed back in the original packaging. Parcels are returned AT YOUR OWN COST and I recommend obtaining a Certificate of Postage as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. The item must arrive back to me in the condition in which it was received.
Faulty or damaged items
Should your item arrive faulty or damaged, please do not remove any cellophane wrapping and contact me within 24 hours to report the damage. If the cellophane wrapping has been removed then I cannot accept responsibility and will be able unable to offer you a replacement. Therefore, please contact me BEFORE unwrapping your item.
If you wish to exchange your item for another, and it costs less than the item returned I will refund you the difference. Likewise, if the replacement item costs more than the item returned then I will require an additional payment.
Once I have received your parcel it may take up to five working days to process. I will, of course, keep you updated by phone or email.
If a new item is being sent to you, then please allow up to an additional three days for delivery. Any refunds also may take a couple of working days to appear on your card or account.
